Dr Alan Bollard is a Professor of Practice at the School of Government, Victoria Business School, and inaugural holder of the Chair for Pacific Region Business. He was executive director of the APEC Secretariat in Singapore for the period of 2013-2015 and former governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and secretary of the Treasury, and author of 25 books and monographs including Crisis: One Central Bank Governor and the Global Financial Collapse (Auckland University Press, 2010).
